Between The Sheets ( Romantic Cocktail Drink )
Ingredients
1 measure of Brandy, 1 measure white rum, 1 measure triple sec, 1 measure lemon juice
Method
Put 5 cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker, pout in the ingredients and shake vigorously until a frost forms. Strain into a chilled wine or cocktail glass. Add a parasol for decoration.
Night Of Passion
Ingredients
2 measures of gin, 1 measure of triple sec, 2 measures peach juice, 2 measures of passion fruit juice, 1 table spoon lemon juice
Method
Pour the contents over 6 cracked ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a chilled tumbler, add a straw and enjoy.
American Rose
Ingredients
2 measures brandy, 1 table spoon grenadine, 1/2 tablespoon Pernod, 1/2 fresh peeled and mashed peach, sparkling wine.
Method
Put 4 cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker, add the Pernod, Brandy, Grenadine, and the peach. Shake well. Strain into a wine goblet and top up with the sparkling wine. Stir gently and decorate with a peach wedge.
Maidens Blush
Ingredients
2 measures gin, 1/2 table spoon Grenadine, 1/2 table spoon triple sec, 1/2 table spoon of lemon juice.
Method
Pour the ingredients over cracked ice in a cocktail shaker and shake lots. Strain into a cocktail or highball glass. A lovely Valentines Day cocktail drink.

Bosom Caresser
Ingredients
1 measure Brandy, 1 measure Madeira, 1 table spoon triple sec
Method
Put some cracked ice into a mixing bowl and add the ingredients. Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. A warming cocktail drink recipe.
Slippery Nipple
Ingredients
2 measures white sambuca, 1 measure Baileys Irish Cream, Grenadine
Method
Pour the Sambuca into a cocktail glass. Float the Baileys on top by pouring over the back of a spoon very gently. Drop a very small amount of Grenadine into the centre of the Baileys.
Golden Nipple
Ingredients
1 measure Galliano, 1 measure Baileys Irish Cream,
Method
Put four cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker, pour over the ingredients and shake well until a frost forms. Strain into a cocktail glass and drink.
Trashy Women ( Not exactly a romantically named cocktail drink recipes )
Ingredients
2 measures Bourbon, 1 measure Pernod, 1 measure apple juice, dash of Angostura bitters.
Method
Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and add cracked ice. Shake vigorously until an eerie frost forms. Strain into a glass and add a slice of apple and a parasol for decoration.
Angels Delight
Ingredients
1/2 measure of each Grenadine, triple sec, sloe Gin, and single cream.
Method
Chill all the ingredients prior to pouring. Pour the Grenadine into a chilled shot glass or champagne glass, gently pour in the triple sec to create a second layer. Add the sloe gin to make a third layer then add the cream on top to create a float. This visually creative cocktail recipe for Valentine Day, if done correctly, is lovely.
Fruity Girl ( Valentines Day drinks recipes, drunk from test tubes )
Ingredients
1/4 measures each of triple sec, green Chartreuse, cherry brandy, creme Violette, yellow Chartreuse, blue, Curacao, Brandy.
Method
Pour the green Chartreuse into a test tube, gently add the triple sec to create a second layer, then cherry brandy, then the creme Violette for the fourth. Add the yellow Chartreuse for the fith and the blue Curacao for the sixth. Finally, and again with a steady hand, add the Brandy on top as a float.
NB. This is a very potent mixture of drinks, but does get a party going. The Valentines and lovers cocktail recipes all contain alcohol and should not be offered to minors.
