Glass Slipper ( Cinderella )

Ingredients

6 Cracked ice cubes, 3 measures gin, 1 measure blue Curacao

Method

Place all contents into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a large glass, add straw, and a sparkler for effect.


Cinderella ( Cinderella )

Ingredients

4-6 cracked ice cubes, 1 measure white port, 1 measure lemon juice, 3 measures white rum, 1 tsp sugar syrup ( see recipe at foot of page ) 1 egg white

Method

Pour all the contents into a cocktail shaker and shake until a frost forms. Strain into a chilled tumbler.

Tinkerbell ( Peter Pan )

Ingredients

5 cracked ice cubes, 1 measure Cherry Brandy, 2 measures Vodka, 1 egg white, dash of grenaldine.

Method

Place all contents into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a chilled glass. Add straw and cherry on a stick.


Peter Pan ( Peter Pan )

5 cracked ice cubes, 1 measure gin, 1 measure orange juice, 1 measure peach brandy, 1 measure dry vermouth,

Method

Ingredients

6 ice cubes, 1 measure Midori, 1 measure triple sec, 2 measures Vodka, 2 measures lemon juice.

Method

Empty contents into the cocktail shaker and shake well, pour into a cocktail glass.


Prince Charming ( Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty )

Ingredients

6 cracked ice cubes, 2 measures Vodka, 1 measure apple Brandy, 1 measure apricot brandy, 1 tsp lemon juice.

Method

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker until nice and frosty. Pour into a chilled glass, add straws and sip away.

Princess ( from nearly every Disney film )

Ingredients

2 measures apricot brandy, 2 tsp chilled single cream, 1 tsp caster sugar

Method

Pour the single cream into a bowl with the sugar. Stir well. Pour the brandy into a liqueur glass and float the cream on top of the brandy by slowly pouring over the back of a tea spoon.


Little Prince ( the non alcoholic drink )

Ingredients

5 cracked ice cubes, 1 measure lemon juice, 1 measure apricot juice, 2 measures sparkling apple juice.

Method

Put all the contents into a bowel and stir well, pour into a tall glass an add a twist or slice of lemon and a sparkler as decoration.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

NB. This is an extremely potent mixture of drinks, not to be taken lightly.

Ingredients

Happy Tequila Shot

Dopey White rum Shot

Grumpy Vodka Shot

Doc Whiskey Shot

Sneezy Brandy Shot

Bashful Dark Rum Shot

Sleepy Absinthe

Snow White 1 measure kahula, 2 measures Baileys Irish Cream, 2 measures Vodka. Stirred

Method

If someone does not know the name of the seven dwarfs, then they must drink the seven dwarfs then finish off by drinking with snow white. Please provide a bucket at the side just in case. Only to be taken into consideration by drink hardened adults.


How to make Sugar Syrup

Put 4 tablespoons of water and 4 tablespoons of caster sugar into a saucepan and continually stir over a low heat until all the sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil and allow to boil for 1-2 minutes. Allow to cool and refrigerate.
