Melbourne Australia, capital of the Australian State Of Victoria, with nearly 4 million inhabitants, straddling the Yarra River. Home to the countries largest seaport, and many of Australia largest companies, including factories by Toyota and Ford. Melbourne, founded in 1835, and grew rapidly through the gold rush of the time. Melbourne has become one of the most favoured tourist spots in Australia, with backpackers using this as there first stop before they take a year wondering around the entire coast of Australia.

Melbourne has twice been voted as the city most people would like to live in, even thought he weather is not as warm as many other Australian cities, and can have severe frost in the urban areas of the city, with snow on the outskirts. Tourists and indeed the inhabitants of Victoria State flock to Melbourne for its unique alley way set up of small shops and markets, and for its beaches in the warmer months. Known as the cultural and arts centre of Australia, Melbourne has also become the nations hub for the film industry. Melbourne possibly has more art museums, theaters and centres of culture than any other city, and holds international film and comedy festivals.

 Melbourne offers many hundreds of different day trips from day fishing trips to mountainous safari trips, with all meals and drinks included to make your day that extra bit special.
