 Port Aventura, or Port Aventura, is the most amazing experience in theme parks on the planet. This outstanding park has everything, for everyone, from tranquility and peace to excitementand edge of your seat rides to scare the pants off of you. If there has ever been a fairground ride invented on the Earth, then the latest design of it is here, set in clean and easy to navigate grounds, this Theme Park boasts rides rising over 45 meters (140 feet ) into the air and some going over 135 kilometers ( 83 miles ) an hour, that is some speed for a ride. These fast and furious Theme Park rides are not for the weak hearted, but Port Aventura caters for all the members of any family, there are hundreds of children's rides for all ages, even rides for mum and granny who do not like a fast and furious paced white knuckle ride.

Port Aventura Theme Park can offer any person exciting full days of never ending fun, from one minute to the next, rides to thrill young children, and rides to scare the older ones, the family favourite splash rides are excellent for a family photo moment. Swimming pools are essential for a relaxing and cool off period, whilst there are boat rides around the park as well as train rides, just to take you to various parts of the park. Maps are issued with tickets so you can plan your day or days if you are staying in one of the many Port Aventura Hotels, which offer packages including passes for the park. There are 18 hole golf courses for dad and budding Tiger Woods' and pitch and put as well as a driving range, or crazy golf if dad cannot swing a club properly.

 Seasonal and occasion parties are famous at Port Aventura, the Halloween or Day of the Dead parties are world known, and again the hotels offer vacation packages for all seasonal parties. The Halloween parties are designed for children to enjoy themselves thoroughly, and in Spain, children stay up late, but there are many child minding services so as the adults can go and sample the exotic night life.

 Port Avenutra is open from March 26th, the park opens daily from 10.00 am, and closes at 7pm on weekdays and 8pm on the weekends. In July and August, the park still opens at 10am, but then closes at midnight every day. The park will close on January 9th

Port Aventura Aquatic Park is open from May 22nd, from 10 am daily till 7 pm on weekdays and 8pm on weekends. The park will close on September 5th

Port Aventura is situated in the Spanish resort of Salou, Tarragona, Catalonia, on the Golden Coast, one hour south of Barcelona

All of the Port Aventura hotels have packages where the theme park tickets are inclusive, most also offer use of the golf course with all green fees paid and use of artificial ski slopes.
